Purchase and Sales

We are not involved in the sale or purchase of cars.

The most we can do is connect you with a buyer in some very rare cases, only if it’s a very special car, but this is an uncommon situation.

Referral for repair/restoration/parts

We only refer for specialty such as having a part made or something that would end up in the inevitable demise of the car. Anything can be fixed, but where does that start and where does it end? Enzo’s personal Dino is going to get fixed regardless, but Bob’s beetle, probably not. Parts, we can point you towards, but we do not buy or sell. Although pricing we will advise on.

Our primary function is to provide you with accurate unbiased value and assessment of your Antique or Classic Car. Many that have one-owner cars are quite surprised at how little we miss. We focus very closely on the individual car along with knowing the common issues that each make, and model have. We personalize it.

Invoicing and Payment

We typically do not bill upfront. Occasionally we will take a deposit if you are calling from out of State or we have to travel significant distance to inspect the car. When the appraisal is complete, we create an invoice with PayPal and send it to your email.

(You do not need to have a PayPal account, they accept many forms of payment, including international)

Your appraisal is attached to the invoice in PDF 1A. If it is not, you will receive an email with the PDF attached from us letting you that the file was too large, and the invoice will come separately.

We rarely send hard copies because many are up to 100 pages due to the number of pictures. We do not refund appraisals of any kind unless we make critical mistakes or misrepresent something serious.

It never happens. There are periodic typos, or something was wrong like tire size or an equipment box got checked by mistake. Call us, we’ll fix it immediately and send a new updated copy without any issue and explain what caused the error.
